What is the status of my Deposit/Withdrawal?

In most cases, Deposits are instantly applied except Bank/Wire transfers and more details per payment method can be found in our Payment Methods section.

• Bank Transfers: 3 -7 Working days
• Direct Banking (Trustly): Instant for Supported Banks / Up to 3 Working days for the rest
• Sofort: Instant
• e-Wallets: Instant

Withdrawals are processed by Skilling within the same working day and no longer than 24 hours after the withdrawal request.

The timing depends on the method used to withdraw funds, and more info can be found in our Payment Methods section.

• Direct Banking: 1 - 3 working days
• Credit/Debit Cards: 3 - 8 working days
