New clients, that have not yet opened a trade on their Skilling/cTrader account, can just inform the Customer Support Team via chat or email that they wish to switch the account to 1:1 leverage and the team will take care of the rest.
Existing clients, that have already traded on their Skilling/cTrader account, will have to add a new real account to their portfolio via the Skilling platform. Once the account has been set up, the client should contact Customer Support or his/her Account Manager and the team will switch the account to 1:1 leverage.
