How do I withdraw funds?
To withdraw funds, you will need to log in to your Skilling account and proceed to "Withdraw Funds" from your dashboard. You can select to withdraw money to any of the accounts or methods you used to initially deposit the money. We will process your withdrawal request within the same business day.
You understand and acknowledge that there may be instances where we cannot guarantee these times because of events outside of our control.
Skilling does not accept any refunds to a person or entity other than the person or entity whose name appears on the Account unless Skilling’s compliance department has specifically approved the payment.
The available withdrawal options and time frames to receive funds are as follows:
Credit or Debit Card:
Time frames will vary depending on the credit card issuer and the process for the funds to be credited into your bank account will depend on the card processor.
Kindly note that in the event that the card used for deposit is now expired or cancelled then you need to choose an alternative method of withdrawal from one of your other withdrawal methods. In the event that you did not deposit money with any other method then you need to provide us with further details so that the money is transferred back to your preferred method.
Returning funds to a closed account can cause a significant delay in receiving funds, and Skilling cannot guarantee a time frame in which funds will be received if the requested withdrawal amount is initiated to a closed account. Due to the incorrect details provided, the company may be unable to amend the transfer instructions and the client may have to suffer the loss.
Local Bank wires and Alternative payment methods:
Domestic bank wires take about three (3) business days and international bank wires take minimum three (3) business days. However, the process for the funds to be credited into your bank account will depend on the respective banks.
The minimum withdrawal amount is EUR 50.00 (and for the equivalent amounts in the currency of your trading account) for all payment methods.
The Company may execute withdrawals to a different payment method other than the one used for the deposit under certain conditions, subject to Anti Money-Laundering measures.
The Client is required to regularly monitor his/her trading account and ensure that available margin exists in the account prior to submitting a Withdrawal request, as such request may impact on existing open positions or trading strategy used.
Skilling will cover the costs of the first withdrawal per client each calendar month. Additional withdrawal requests from any of the client’s account(s) during the same calendar month will result in a minimum charge per withdrawal.
Where a receiving bank uses an intermediary bank to send/receive funds, you may incur additional fees/charges by the intermediary bank. Such charges are usually placed for transmitting the wire for your bank. We are not involved with and nor have any control over these additional fees. You are advised to check with your bank for more information.
The above mentioned additional charges will only apply to the Client's Skilling Account where the verification of the Client’s identity has not been completed within the designated time-frame outlined in our Business Terms and Conditions.
